Overview

Centurion’s new Nv Series models put you on the water in a surf-ready boat at minimal cost. Newly built from the water up on the waves that make Centurion great, both the Nv213 and Nv233 feature our established winner – the Opti-V Hull – which offers the world’s best waves, wake and ride. Any wake sports enthusiast longing to get into a better boat will be thrilled with these new models, which include standard features that might be listed as options in other boats. No matter which Nv model you choose, the bottom line is that you’re getting a surf-ready boat with Centurion’s legendary waves, wake and ride.

Opti-V Hull

With its 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom, the Opti-V Hull displaces more water, before any extra weight is added, while preserving a great rough water ride. At each corner of the transom a flat triangle extends towards the bow creating lift along the rear half of the boat for a level running attitude, front to back as well as side to side. Due to this balanced design, the Opti-V Hull enhances fuel economy and provides a much quieter ride than most boats delivering this type of power. With hook built into the rear edge of the delta pad, the seated driver can see over the bow while pulling a rider without compromising the waves or wakes thanks to a level running attitude. The hull also deflects rollers, at the bow and transom, so big water can’t spoil your fun. It’s clear the Opti-V Hull delivers the best waves, wakes and ride – in all conditions.

Ballast

Our ballast is distributed evenly throughout the boat, displacing weight along the entire running surface to create a longer wave and balanced running attitude, front to back, with virtually no bow rise to distract the driver. We believe this creates a superior experience for drivers, passengers and riders. The Nv213 comes with as many as six precisely placed ballast locations that, when combined, create 4900-pounds of displacement. This 21’ 3” performance machine can hold up to 12 people while pushing out the kind of wave that makes you want to go all day long.

Fuel Efficiency

With the Nv Series you will find cost savings not just in the purchase price, but even in fuel efficiency. Built from the water up on our exceptionally efficient Opti-V Hull, the Nv213 and Nv233 benefit from that design. Optimized with triangles built into the rear corners of the hull that stretch forward towards the bow, the Opti-V Hull creates lift and balance when underway reducing resistance and increasing fuel efficiency – more than 50% better than any other sports boat out there. Fuel efficiency translates directly into more time on the water and less expense for you. The hull design eliminates drag and creates a level running attitude for less resistance, so the engine simply doesn’t work as hard to push a Centurion through the water, whether it’s weighted to ride or not.

RamFill²

We call our available RAMFILL2 ballast system the “Baller.” It’s a nearly maintenance free system that offers 1850-plus pounds ballast capacity that fills in 90 seconds. Plastic is eliminated, as instead we have four stainless steel two-inch ball valves (two in two out). The large sub-floor tanks extend from the helm to the transom on each side of the lounge. This just adds to the well-distributed ballast placement and helps create longer waves while eliminating bow rise.

Tower

The aggressive Battle Advance Tower by Roswell, matches perfectly with the Nv Series. This tower can easily be folded by an individual in less than a minute. That’s efficient design in action. When it’s repositioned to the upright position you can hear the strength of the Battle Advance. No rattle, no shimmy, no shake. The silent movement indicates the precision with which this tower was made. The Roswell Patented CAM Over Latch design locks the hoop of the tower securely on to its base.
